Refund policy
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- The original security seal, protective seal, or tamper-evident sticker must remain intact and unopened.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, health, and personal care regulations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Products with opened, broken, removed, or damaged security seals.
- Opened or used personal care and beauty devices.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.

Return Shipping Fee
For approved returns, a return shipping fee of AED 22 will apply and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received from us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and place a new order once your return request has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and the security seal must remain unopened and intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping fees.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Your purchase is protected by our 12-Month Manufacturing Warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional faults under normal use, including:
✔ LED lights not functioning properly
✔ Charging or power-related issues
✔ Battery defects
✔ Manufacturing faults affecting product performance
This warranty does not cover:
✘ Accidental damage
✘ Physical damage, drops, cracks, or misuse
✘ Water or liquid damage
✘ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
✘ Normal wear and tear
If your product develops a covered defect within 12 months of purchase, Rygalia will repair or replace the product at its discretion after inspection and verification.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Please note: This warranty covers the product itself and does not guarantee specific cosmetic, skincare, or hair-growth results, as individual results may vary.
